How to Notify Bazoom When You Cannot Fulfill a Publication Order

This guide will help you notify Bazoom when you are unable to proceed with a publication order, making the process as straightforward as possible.

Introduction

At Bazoom, our mission is to seamlessly connect our clients and suppliers for effective link placement services. We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent you from fulfilling a publication order. Clear communication is crucial in these instances to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong partnerships.

What should you consider before rejecting the order?

There could be several reasons as to why you cannot accept the order. Common issues include niche restrictions, licensing requirements, etc. The first thing that you should check, is whether you can accept our client's target URL.

Can you accept the target link?

  • Yes, I can accept the target link but I have another problem (language mismatch, content relevance, etc.)

If you can accept the target link, then the order may not have to be cancelled! Read more in the article: Rejecting an Article's Content

Action: Reply to the automated email and clearly state that the target link is accepted, and your requirements for how the article must be adjusted to be published. This helps us match future orders more accurately to your preferences.

  • No, I cannot accept the target link

Action: Reply to the automated email and clearly state that the target link is not accepted, along with the reason (not relevant, license mismatch, etc.). This helps us ensure future assignments are better aligned with your site’s requirements.

Can a supplier reject an article after initially accepting the listing?

Yes, a supplier can reject an article after initially accepting the listing if it is found to violate guidelines or licensing requirements. However, it is important to communicate promptly to minimize any disruption.

Updating or Removing Your Site from Bazoom

If your site policies have changed permanently, you might need to update your details or request removal from the Bazoom database to prevent mismatched orders. There may be situations where your site can no longer accept publications due to closure, ownership changes, or other changed circumstances.

What should I do if my site can no longer accept publications?

Action: Notify Bazoom via email about your inability to publish. Clearly state the LinkID if there as an open order, and the site that needs to be removed. This allows us reassign the order promptly and review your listing to reflect any changes.

Will I be penalized for rejecting an order?

We understand that policy conflicts can occur, and we assure you that rejecting an order due to such conflicts will not penalize you. Once you notify us, the order will be reassigned swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption.

Proactive Measures for Suppliers

To minimize mismatched assignments, it’s beneficial to maintain an updated supplier profile on the Bazoom platform. This can be done on the Media Library page, shown below.
