Confirming that your article is live and request payment via our Media Portal is a crucial steps in ensuring you get paid for your work. At Bazoom, we strive to make this process as smooth and efficient as possible, growing your website and optimizing your placements.

Step 1: Notify Bazoom that Your Article Is Live

Preferred Notification Methods

To notify Bazoom that your article is live, you have three convenient options:

  • Use the 'Submit Link' Button in the Publication Request Email: Click the green 'Submit link' button found within the original publication request email. A window will open where you can simply paste the live URL to complete the submission.
  • Reply to the Original Publication Request Email: Simply reply to the email you received from Bazoom regarding the publication request. Include the live URL of your article in your response.
  • Use the In-Media-Portal 'Submit Live Link' Button: Log into our Media Portal, navigate to the relevant order, and click on the 'Submit live link' button. Enter the live URL when prompted.

Step 2: Information to Include When Confirming Publication

Essential Details Checklist

If you are confirming your publication via email rather than using the Media Portal or the 'Submit' link, please ensure your message includes the following:

  • Live article URL
  • Order/Publication ID (e.g., L318171, L318693)

Having these details readily available ensures a seamless confirmation process.

Step 3: Request Payment

How to Withdraw Funds via the Media Portal

On the first day of every new month, please log in to our Media Portal to withdraw your available balance. Follow these steps to complete the process:

  1. Log In: Access your account at app.bazoom.com/login.

  2. Navigate to Payouts: Go to the "Payouts" page

  3. Complete Withdrawal: Click on the "Request Payout" button to submit your request.

Handling Incorrect Live URLs

Correcting or Updating the Live URL

If you realize the live URL you submitted is incorrect, don’t worry. To update it, please reply to the original publication email or contact our Customer Success team, who will manually update the link for you.

Once you accept the payout, we send the payment request to our finance department for processing. The time it takes for you to receive the money in your bank account may vary depending on your location. Typically, you can expect to receive the payment within a few working days.
