At Bazoom, we strive to ensure that all placed orders are completed, and all purchased link placements remain live for a default period of 36 months unless otherwise specified in the marketplace.
However, due to the nature of third-party websites and their independent editorial policies, we cannot always guarantee that orders are fulfilled. In these cases, we make sure to find suitable replacements and come to a mutual agreement.
Our Commitment to Securing Link Placements
We make every effort to ensure that your link placements go live as intended. Our team collaborates with reputable websites to facilitate placements that align with your needs. However, certain factors beyond our control may influence whether a link can be successfully placed:
- Website Approval: All link placements must be approved by the website owners or administrators. While we diligently work to partner with relevant and high-quality websites, the final decision to accept or reject a link is at the discretion of the external website's editorial team.
- Link Relevance and Quality: We aim to place links that are highly relevant to the host website’s content. However, each website has its own content strategy and editorial guidelines, which may impact the acceptance or placement of a link.
- Changes to Content: Website owners frequently update their content or redesign their sites, which can sometimes result in the modification or removal of previously placed links.
What Happens If a Placement Cannot Be Secured?
In cases where we are unable to secure a link placement, we offer suitable site alternatives to ensure your satisfaction. Depending on the situation, we provide:
- Replacements: If a link cannot be placed on the originally intended site, our team will work to find a comparable alternative, provided this is a service you wish to use.
- Credits: If a replacement is not feasible, we offer credits that can be used for future link placements within our marketplace.
After Links Are Published
Once a link is successfully published on the agreed-upon site, we strive to ensure that the placement will remain published for the lifetime specified in the Marketplace. If a link is removed after it has been placed, we will make every effort to get the link reinstated and resolve the issue.
