How Do I Edit My Order After It Has Been Placed?

If you need to make changes to an article that hasn’t yet been delivered for approval, or if you want to adjust specific order details, you can reach out to your Client Manager or the Customer Success Team through publications@bazoom.com.

This is particularly helpful if you have concrete changes or adjustments that need to be made to the order, such as altering the anchor text or content product before the article is written.

To make a modification request, follow these steps:

  • Contact your Client Manager or the Customer Success Team via publications@bazoom.com (or through your preferred communication method).
  • Specify the exact changes you wish to make. This could include updates to the order, or any other changes.
  • Your CSM will assist you in adjusting the order or content, ensuring everything aligns with your updated requirements.

Modifying an Article "Ready for Approval"

If you need to make adjustments to an article that has been delivered "Ready for Approval", you can request modifications or make small edits directly on Bazoom’s platform. Simply access the article in your dashboard, and you will have the option to either submit a modification request or make edits yourself. Once you have made the necessary changes, be sure to save your updates.
