This article is for media partners whose site is already listed on Bazoom but who have not yet set up a Media Portal account. If you have recently published an article and are ready to receive payment, follow the steps below.
Why you need the Media Portal
The Media Portal is where you submit live links, track earnings, and request payment. The good news: no invoices needed - payment is requested directly through the portal via bank transfer or PayPal.
Setting up your account
- Go to https://next.bazoom.com/media/en/migrate
- Enter the email address associated with your Bazoom account and follow the instructions
- Set up your password and log in
- Complete the onboarding steps — you will be prompted to add your business and billing details
Going forward, you can log in at app.bazoom.com with your password
What you can do in the portal
- Submit live links for completed orders
- Request payment by bank transfer (IBAN/SWIFT) or PayPal
- View and manage your site settings and pricing
Payments can be requested on the first of each month. A settlement note is generated automatically - no invoice required.
Frequently asked questions
Q: I published the article before setting up the Media Portal — will I still get paid? Yes. Once your account is set up and the live link is submitted through the portal, your earnings will be reflected in your balance and you can request a payout on the first of the month.
Q: Which email address should I use to migrate? Use the email address associated with your existing Bazoom account - this is typically the address our team has been corresponding with you on.
Q: When can I request payment? Payouts are available on the first of each month. Log in to the portal, go to the Payouts section, accept the current pricing, and click "Request Payout."
Q: Do I need to send an invoice? No. A settlement note is generated automatically for each payout and can be used directly by your finance department.
Q: Which payment methods are available? You can receive payment via bank transfer (IBAN/SWIFT) or PayPal. Note that a 5% processing fee applies to PayPal payouts. Supported currencies are USD, EUR, GBP, NOK, SEK, and DKK.
Q: What if I do not receive the setup email? Wait a few minutes before trying again - avoid submitting the form multiple times. If the email still does not arrive, contact us at publications@bazoom.com.
