This article is for publishers who have added their site to the Media Portal but cannot see it listed in the Bazoom marketplace.
There are three common reasons a site may not appear. They are as follows:
1. Your site is pending approval
All sites - whether newly added or submitted as part of joining as a new supplier - require approval from our media team before going live. This is a manual process and may take a few days. If your site is still under review, it will not be visible in the marketplace yet.
Check the status of your site by logging into the Media Portal and navigating to the Sites section. If it has been more than 5 business days and the status has not changed, contact us at publications@bazoom.com.
- Navigate to the "Sites" section to check if your site is marked as active, paused, or under review.
2. Another reseller has the same site listed
Only one version of a site can be visible in the marketplace at a time. Bazoom aim to work directly with the owner of a media to ensure optimal publication flow and correct pricing. If you are reseller, you're websites may not be listed due to this.
If another reseller is already listing the same domain, then they may be the one having the spot on the marketplace. Contact us at publications@bazoom.com with your site URL and we will look into it.
3. Your site has low metrics
Advertisers can filter the marketplace by site metrics. If your site has lower metrics, it may not appear in default search results. Advertisers need to enable the "Show low metric sites" filter to see it. If you are in contact with an advertiser who cannot find your site, ask them to turn on this filter.
