The standard way to receive payment is through the Bazoom Media Portal. You do not need to submit an invoice - payment is processed automatically once your article is live and the live link has been submitted.
Getting paid through the Media Portal
You do not need to send an invoice by email. Once your article is published and the live link is submitted, your earnings will be reflected in the Media Portal.
Step-by-Step Payment Flow
- Publish the article and submit the live link via the publication email link
- Your earnings will appear in your Media Portal balance
- On the first of each month, log in and go to the Payouts section
- Accept the current pricing and click "Request Payout"
You can also convert your balance into Bazoom credits if you prefer.

For New or Unregistered Publishers
If you have not yet set up your Media Portal account, you must do so to receive payment. Follow the onboarding steps below.
Payment methods
We support the following payment methods:
- IBAN
- SWIFT
- PayPal - note that a 5% processing fee applies
Supported currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, NOK, SEK, DKK
Settlement note - no need for your invoice
Every payout comes with an automatically generated settlement note in PDF format. You do not need to create or send an invoice - the settlement note covers all accounting requirements and can be passed directly to your finance department.

- Q: How do I receive payment for a completed order? Log in to the Media Portal and request a payout in the Payouts section. By default, this is available on the first of each month.
- Q: Do I need to submit an invoice? No. Payment is processed through the Media Portal and a settlement note is generated automatically on each payout.
- Q: Does PayPal cost extra? Yes — a 5% processing fee applies to PayPal payouts. IBAN and SWIFT transfers have no additional fee.
