How Bazoom Handles Price Disputes and Term Changes

This article covers how we deal with price increases and extra link charges after an order has been placed

At Bazoom, we pride ourselves on transparency and trust. Our pricing is visible on our Marketplace for our clients, and on the Media Portal for our suppliers. Adhering to these agreed terms is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our collaborations.

Price Increases

Scenario: Higher Rate is Demanded Post-Booking

We remind you of the agreed rate at the time of booking, referencing the original agreement, and offer to increase pricing for the future. 

In some cases, we can accept the new rate if it aligns with our client's budget and approval.

If we cannot come to an agreement, we cancel the order as needed. 

In cases the originally agreed price is no longer valid, our team will work to either uphold the original agreement or find a mutually acceptable solution.

Multi-Link Surcharges

Scenario: Additional Charges for Extra Links

Bazoom's standard agreed pricing includes number of links in the base price. Should a supplier charge extra for additional links, here is our normal procedure: 

  • Verify the number of links included in the original agreement.
  • Communicate with the client, and accept the new rate if it accepted by the client. 

Preventing Future Disputes: Updating Rates

To avoid future conflicts, our suppliers should update their rates through the appropriate channels before accepting new orders:

  • Log into the Bazoom Media Portal and navigate to the Media Library page (screenshot below)
  • Update rates as necessary and save changes to ensure they reflect in future bookings.
  • Contact our Customer Success team if assistance is needed during the update process.
