Invoices are automatically generated and sent directly to the invoice email associated with your account immediately after an order has been placed. 

How Will I Receive My Invoice?

Your invoice will be sent to the invoice email address you have provided in your account settings. Please ensure that this email is correct and up to date to avoid any issues with receiving invoices.

What If I Haven’t Received My Invoice?

If you do not receive your invoice shortly after placing an order, please check the following:

• Spam or Junk Folder

• Email Address on File: Verify that the invoice email in your account settings is correct.

• Processing Time: In rare cases, there may be a short delay in email delivery due to server processing times.

Can I Access My Invoice Later?

Yes, all invoices are stored in your account, and you can retrieve them at any time. Simply log in to your Bazoom account and navigate to the "Billing" or "Invoice" section in the top right corner of the profile menu to access or download any past invoices.
